San Diego Unified School District prohibits all sexual harassment that has the purpose or effect of having a negative impact on the student's academic performance or of creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive educational environment.
While sexual harassment can be verbal, visual or physical, no form of sexual harassment will be tolerated at school at any time. Students who sexually harass a student or employee of the school will be suspended and may be recommended for expulsion or arrest.
To report sexual harassment by a student or against another student, contact the school principal immediately. Refer to Administrative procedure 0112.
